Red Lion is not a performing Group. It's Constituent 'band' members include the extraordinarily talented and eclectic/nostalgic song writer Steven Weiner Marcus, (a.k.a Stefan Vienna, lyricist for the IAM SIAM She Went Pop album on the Columbia label BFC39517, 1984), whose melodies and creative lyrics are fleshed out by the equally talented jazz/rock/pop Musician, Jonathan Truelson, of TruMedia, together with session musicans including Drummer, Peter Sportino, and Saxophones, Steve Asetta. Marcus does his own singing on all the songs and back-up harmonies, keyboards, guitar, and other orchestrations are provided by Truelson, under Marcus' artistic direction. The lyrics (and sometimes even the melodies), had been brewing in Marcus' gray matter for more than 30 years before they found their 'home' in this remarkable collaboration. Nine of these songs are on the soundtrack to one of Mickey Rooney's last films, in which he co-starred with Jan Rooney and Megan Blake : "Lost Stallions; The Journey Home", a coming of age movie, directed by David Rotan, released in 2008.
