Historical Info

Kenny Laguna  was born in Greenwich Village, NY and played piano since age 10, playing for Dance studios since age 12. He came out of the 1960's Brill Building, New York City, influenced by early Rock and Roll, developing his own style of song writing. He wrote for some famous acts in the 70's including Tony Orlando and Dawn. In the 1970's he worked with the Steve Gibbons Band. His best known work is with Joan Jett "Runaways" band.
